| What do I have to do to watch a movie? |
| The movies on Brafu are full length and full of action! The movies are in DVD-quality and are not DRM encoded.
The movies can be downloaded after you pay. After receiving your payment information, we will send you a link where to download the movie(s).
Please use a valid emailaddress, since we will send you the email and your downloadcode to the emailaddress you provide us with.

| How long will it take to receive the downloadcode? |
| If you pay with creditcard the downloadcode will be sent immediately. If you choose the other payment-options we will send you the link after we receive your payment. |

| Pay Per View |
| With Pay Per View you can watch the movie you have downloaded for the price shown at the details. After you filled in the necessary payment information on our secure server, we will manually process your payment. You will receive a link to download the movie(s) or clip(s) and you will be able to watch the movie as often as you want or to burn it to DVD-/+ R to keep for your collection. |

| What are the requirements to play your movies? |
| You need a computer with a Microsoft operating system (Windows 98 or newer) and Windows Media Player (version 9 or higher) installed. |
But I have a Apple/ MAC OS! |
| If you have a computer with Apple/MAC OS you can watch our movies, but it requires additional software. You need a software package called Virtual PC for MAC from Microsoft. To obtain this software package or for more information about it click on this link. This is currently the only solution available to play our movies on a Mac. |

| It’s not that difficult at all, it’s all pretty much self explanitory. You choose a movie from our website, pay, download and watch it. |

| I want to buy the DVD of the movie? |
| No problem! If you downloaded a movie and you want to buy the DVD from our partner-webshop, we will only charge you the difference between the DVD and the download. After ordering the DVD please send us an email with your download ordernumber (12 figures on the top of your confirmation-mail) and tell us in your mail that you have downloaded the movie from us before, and we will take care of your order. This way you can buy a DVD and watch it before it gets delivered or you can watch a movie and receive it on DVD later! You will only pay the difference and shipping-costs.

| I want to cancel my download or Per per view license, what do I have to do? |
| You don’t have to do anything. This is because Pay Per View and download charges are one-time and non-recurring! |

| What about my privacy? |
Your privacy is our main priority. Your transaction is handled through a 128 bit ecrypted server.
Your information is used only for billing verification purposes. It is absolutely not transferred or sold!
